We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to be responsible for supporting the consumer team (Account and Product Managers) with specific administrative tasks i.e. Product submissions, tracking and communicating marketing and promotional activity, maintaining product database, filing regulatory compliance, and coordination of events. You will also be directly responsible for the maintenance and success of Exeed's marketplace accounts.


The successful candidate will have a passion for working with numbers & data and be process-driven. You will have the ability to prioritize and work through a number of administrative tasks quickly, effectively, and consistently. Previous Product Management or Assistant Product Management skills would be advantageous be is not required.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop a repository and system to track all marketing and promotional activities. End-to-end process follow through.
  • Visual Marketing and Promotions Planner - Track, document all promotions and marketing then share with the consumer team on regular basis. Keep visibility of past activations.
  • Monitor Product Listings Monitor product listing quality on all relevant retailer websites.
  • Monitor Retailer Marketing and Promotional Execution - Monitoring execution of promotions and marketing activity. Notify AM and or PM if not executed.
  • Maintaining Merchandising Wall Maintain and update of merchandising wall in the office for all vendors.
  • Product Repository - Managing a shared asset library for all vendors which will include i.e. images, product information
  • Full Maintenance of Exeed online (Consumer Products). Full maintenance of Exeed online SKUs, facets, and categorisation.
  • Retailer Submission Forms - Responsible for accurate completion of submission forms. Account Manager/Product Manager to verify accuracy.
  • Marketplace Maintenance and Price Management - Full maintenance of all Exeed brands on Australian Marketplaces (Catch, Kogan, eBay, Amazon SC).
  • EOL Brand Clearance - Fully responsible for EOL brand clearance through marketplaces and bulk buy opportunities with accounts.
  • Vendor Reporting - Working in conjunction with Business Analyst to ensure automated delivery of Vendor Reporting.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years' experience in an admin/operational support role required.
  • Intermediate + Microsoft Word skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (this is a mandatory requirement)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Prior experience in either distribution or consumer electronics/retail would be advantageous
  • Previous experience advantageous.
