We are looking for a Sales Support Representative to be responsible for supporting our sales and marketing team.

The successful candidate will have a passion for working with numbers & data and be process-driven. You will have the ability to prioritize and work through a number of administrative tasks quickly, effectively, and consistently.

Key Tasks

  • Ensure inbound calls are answered in a timely, professional manner
  • Enter sales orders and respond to all customer queries
  • Review orders Pending Approval and coordinate with accounts receivable
  • Review backorders and communicate with customers if required
  • Liaise with Product and Account managers on stock allocations
  • Send purchase orders to suppliers and update purchase orders with ETA's and ensure these remain accurate
  • Coordinate import shipments with product managers, warehouse, suppliers, and freight forwarders
  • Facilitate and arrange the collection of export shipments, such as providing information for quotes, packing lists, and commercial invoices
  • Process all customer returns within required timeframes and submit and coordinate claims with suppliers as required
  • Support warehouse tasks where appropriate / Any duties required by the Operations Manager

In this position, successful delivery will utilise a range of your skills and experience. Exeed will look for and recruit the person who can best demonstrate they have the following attributes:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar position
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory, Advanced skills preferred
  • A passion for customer service and sales with a particular focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, work to deadlines, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Team player with the ability to gain buy-in and commitment from a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrates initiative and innovation
