In 2015, due to vendor demand and the desire to continue expanding, Exeed decided to open offices in Melbourne, Australia, and have been growing rapidly ever since. We supply and support all major retail and online partners in Australia representing leading brands including Ring, LG, Withings, Ecovacs, Kaiser Baas, Moyork, Tucano, Mr. Beams, and Eero with various others in the pipeline.

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a suitably experienced Accounts Assistant to join the team in our Dandenong office/warehouse.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable
    • Setting up and maintaining new suppliers
    • Enter supplier invoices and credits
    • Reconcile against Supplier statements and investigate and resolve discrepancies
    • Preparing supplier payments to be authorised
  • Back up for Accounts Receivable where required
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Expense claim approval and analysis
  • Rebate and marketing database management and approvals
  • Assist with end of month preparation
  • General office duties, such as purchasing supplies
  • Assisting the finance team as required with general administrative tasks

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Intermediate or better Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to own tasks and work autonomously.
