The HPE Sales & Marketing Support Assistant will be a key member of Exeed's HPE Business Unit. The role is responsible for assisting the team in managing the day-to-day  HPE workload, delivering outstanding service to our reseller customers.

This role will ideally suit someone with 2-3 years of successful experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the IT industry.

 General Responsibilities

  • Work with Commercial Sales team on all HPE leads/Quotes to continue to build growth with the channel.
  • Work with the HPE Business Unit team members including but not limited to the Product Managers & the Pre-Sales team to deliver correct solutions for all parties.
  • Develop a high level of understanding and competency in the HPE Business Unit's offerings. Attend relevant courses and conferences.
  • Create Build of Materials for basic HPE product requests, to be able to use HPE resources like HPE Product Bulletin and One Configuration Advanced.
  • Manage HPE inbox and HPE contracts inbox, route requests to the correct team members within Exeed, & keep customers/team members updated
  • Manage HPE requests for all unmanaged accounts.


 To be successful, you will have/be:

  • Minimum of 2 years successful administrative and sales experience
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively and influence others
  • A team player with the ability to gain buy-in & commitment from vendors and staff
  • Strong data analysis skills, ability to interpret and draw conclusions from information
  • Ability to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customer needs
  • A solid understanding of a wide range of products and technologies
  • An understanding of financial fundamentals such as gross margin, gross profit, return ratios, etc
