In 2015 due to vendor demand and the desire to continue expanding Exeed decided to open offices in Melbourne, Australia and have been growing rapidly ever since. We supply and support all major retail and online partners in Australia representing leading brands including Ring, LG, Withings, Ecovacs, Kaiser Baas, Moyork, Tucano, Mr. Beams, Eero with various others in the pipeline.

This exciting role is based in the Exeed Australia Dandenong office as a Product Manager supporting the vendors we distribute. The position is responsible for delivering on the following key responsibilities

  • Manage product roadmaps and lifecycles, develop, communicate and implement budgets, strategies and rebate incentives for your brands
  • Manage all Inventory including forecasting, ordering & aged stock clearance
  • Monitoring sales and purchasing to ensure achievement of internal budgets and vendor rebate incentives
  • Manage relationships with vendors negotiate pricing and rebates with vendors to maximise brand profitability, oversee vendor marketing, rebate returns claims, and conduct business reviews for your respective brands
  • Work with the Account Managers on key accounts to conduct brand range reviews, attend roadshows/tradeshows to assist in developing sales
  • Plan all product launches, conduct product training presentations internally and externally, for your respective brands
  • Ensure all information and assets are readily available for the sales team to successfully sell your brands, perform store visits to merchandise, promote and train staff on brands Exeed represents
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to maximise sales including overseeing the maintenance of products in Exeed's ERP system and website

Exeed will look for and recruit the person who can best demonstrate they have the following attributes:

  • 2+ years' in Product Management, Account Management or a  Business Development role
  • Passion for Consumer Electronics
  • Strong numerical and marketing skills
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Confident, able to effectively present to an audience and strong negotiator
  • Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
  • Good knowledge and experience with Keynote/PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Availability to occasionally work outside of designated hours to meet time-critical deadlines
  • Open and creative mind, ability to think "outside of the box"
  • Ability to find ways to achieve results despite challenges, obstacles or change in direction
  • Motivation and hunger to constantly learn and develop yourself and your skill sets
  • Ability to take on board constructive criticisms to further your career and learn from mistakes
  • Great teamwork skills and attitude, with the ability to achieve buy-in from the wider team
